1) Accounts & Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

2) Description of Service

The Service enables you to upload media (e.g., images, videos), organize them, and automatically publish to the social media accounts you connect. Posting requires you to authorize us via each platform's official OAuth or API mechanism. You can revoke those permissions at any time.

3) User Content & License

• You retain all rights to the content you upload ("User Content").
• To operate the Service, you grant us a limited, non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to store, process, transcode, and transmit your User Content solely for providing the Service.
• You represent you have all necessary rights to the User Content and that posting it complies with applicable laws.

4) Platform Rules

Your use of the Service must comply with the terms and policies of each social platform. We are not responsible for actions taken by platforms against your accounts.

5) Prohibited Use

• No unlawful, infringing, defamatory, deceptive, or harmful content.
• No spam, automated bulk posting that violates platform rules, or circumvention of rate limits.
• No reverse engineering, scraping, or compromising security.

6) Payments

Paid plans are billed per the pricing presented in the app. Fees are non‑refundable except where required by law. We may suspend the Service for late or failed payments.

7) Availability & Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We will not materially reduce core functionality of paid plans without notice.

8) Security

We implement industry‑standard security including TLS 1.2+ in transit and AES‑256 at rest. API credentials are stored encrypted and access‑scoped.

9) Privacy

We will never sell or share your personal data with third‑party apps for marketing or advertising. See our Privacy Policy.

10) Intellectual Property

The Service, software, and branding are owned by Sizth and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or code.

11) Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error‑free operation.

12) Limitation of Liability

Our aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

13) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your User Content, violations of these Terms, or violations of platform rules or laws.

14) Term & Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, we will disable posting and may delete data per our retention policy.

15) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Rome, Italy. Disputes will be resolved in court.

16) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email or in‑app. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

1) Scope

This Policy covers personal data processed by Sizth in connection with the Service.

2) What We Collect

• Account data — name, email, password (hashed).
• Connected accounts — platform identifiers, handles, and OAuth tokens (stored encrypted).
• Content data — media you upload, captions, schedules.
• Usage data — app interactions, device info, IP address.

3) How We Use Data

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• Authenticate you and connect your social accounts.
• Communicate about updates, security, and support.
• Comply with legal obligations.

4) No Third‑Party Selling

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third‑party apps for marketing, advertising, or data brokerage — ever.

5) Service Providers

We may use infrastructure providers acting as processors under written contracts. They process data only on our instructions.

6) Security

Defense-in-depth: TLS in transit, AES‑256 at rest, key management, environment isolation, access logging, least-privilege access.

7) Data Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary. You may delete media, disconnect accounts, or request account deletion at any time.

8) International Transfers

Where data is transferred across borders, we implement appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses).

9) Your Rights

Subject to GDPR/CCPA/CPRA, you may access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data. Exercise rights via in‑app settings or by contacting us.

10) Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

11) Changes

We may update this Policy. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Policy.
